Todd Breer is an emerging web designer living in St. Louis, Missouri. Todd first started creating web sites in late 1997 purely as a hobby. While not the most aesthetically pleasing creations, these early sites planted the seeds which would later grow into his passion for building web sites.

Todd is fluent in HTML 4.0 and can create quality web graphics in Photoshop. Currently, he is studying advanced design techniques and JavaScript.

A member of the HTML Writers Guild and several e-mail discussion lists, Todd keeps up on the latest theories surrounding web site design.
