OK, so this is borderline sexual assault. And that's always wrong. But, the look on this loser's face is priceless. And you know the guy in front of him is totally gonna get the blame. But I think the real thing to point out is that this photo ran in a major Irish newspaper. Did the photo editor have the day off? Plus, they're apparently partying with Robin Williams.
