WTF is this? When was my email address ever a152000@beer.com? And what does this message even have to do with a cycling website? I am so frickin' confused by this...
If anybody reading this knows anybody on the nominating committee for the Nobel Peace Prize, please let me know. I think getting nominated for the award would be a huge boost to my career. Imagine putting Nobel Peace Prize nominee on your resume. Obviously, that's not the only reason for wanting to be nominated. I do do a lot of good and am probably as qualified as most of the people nominated. I probably wouldn't win it (it's more based on who you know, than what you do), but being nominated would be good enough.
I never knew that my friend Smitty J owned a restaurant! (if you don't know Smitty J, this link will mean nothing to you)

Tuesday night means another installment of ESPN's sports-themed reality TV show Beg, Borrow & Deal. Must see programming for fans of both sports and reality programming. Last week's episode featured an appearance by the Blues' Fred Brathwaite.
If you haven't seen the show yet, two 4-person teams are dropped off in NYC with nothing except the clothes on their backs. They have one month to be the first team to complete 10 out of a list of 40 sports related challenges AND get to Alcatraz Island in San Francisco. The whole trip the tims have to beg, borrow or deal for all of their food, shelter, clothing, transportation, etc.
San Francisco's Terrell Owens is fast becoming a favorite of mine. His antics in Monday's night game are what I look for in a football player. This celebration ranks right up there with the New Orleans Saints' "Touchdown Leapfrog" from a few years back. It should be a safe bet that officials in the No Fun League (and you thought NFL stood for National Football League) will hand down a fine for this one.
I wonder if any of these guys tried to bite their opponents in the scrum?

Disappointing end to the Cardinals' great season tonight. They simply got beat this series by a team playing better baseball. Go Rally Monkey!
It's almost Halloween time. Here are some of the worst costumes of all time and a really cool Halloween costume that probably involved too much time and effort...
